Transaction Errors and Reasons for Failure
Seamlessly post your campaign message or product and image directly from Mobipaid on Facebook or LinkedIn or create a weblink which can be shared on any Direct Messaging service like WhatsApp, Telegram etc. Campaign payment requests also include the functionality to create an auction.
To participate in auctions, each bidder must login or register for a Mobipaid Wallet. Please note that the Wallet supports Visa & Mastercard only.
Go to > Transactions > Payment History
- Step 1: Navigate to the 'Payment History' page.
- Step 2: Find the payment you wish to view the details for. In the ‘Detail’ column, click the ‘>‘ so that it displays ‘V’ and details are now displayed directly below the transaction.
- Detail - Shows payment information such as the customer contact information and reference unique ID. It also gives you a real time Result Code which shows 000.000.000 for successful transactions and different numbers for unsuccessful transactions. It also gives you a Result.
- Description - Gives reasons for this payment failure. There are some common reasons for transactions to fail, relating to customer error, network or third-party processes.
- Payment Detail - Gives details of the payment such as VAT applicable and reference.
- Request Detail - Displays the payment channel your customer used to pay you.
